I'm here. Taper madness is really starting to kick in. Have started packing. All my kit and gels etc is ready. Everything else doesn't matter.

It's that, Jono, mixed with a fair bit of energy overload cos of tapering. You know that, c'mon, can't train anymore, let me at it but get me off the ceiling first, thing. |

*reports in* 3:28:51 Sorry it took me a while to report. Went straight to Chandos from the finish and drank a she'd load of cider. Just home abou an hour ago Was really hot down there yesterday. Given that and the piriformis/achilles probs that hampered training a little I'm really happy. Probably could have pushed harder but didn't seem worth it when a pb was out the question. I'm in a good position now to carry the training on and hopefully that sub4 will be mine one day. |
