The pigeon nets along the xxxxx façade will be replaced on Monday 31 March, Tuesday 01 April and Wednesday 02 April. The contractors will abseil from the roof, down the xxxxxx side of the building, please bear this in mind when using sensitive equipment or having sensitive conversations in the offices that face out onto xxxxx.

Monitoring your electrical socket usage

With our increasing usage of electrical equipment, there can be a risk of overloading power sockets. Use this new tool from the Electrical Safety Council to check your home and work electrical set ups – you could prevent a fire. For everyone overseas please be aware the tool is based on the UK mains electricity supply, currently 230 Volts AC, 50 Hz and at a 13 Amps maximum rating for power circuits. This may affect the accuracy of using the calculator where you are. If in doubt about your usage, please ask an electrician!
