First run in 6 days - needed rest… Now I have had it I feel much better!!! Just 4.5km but happy with that - the dog wore the Garmin but for once she was quite obedient….

Although - at her fastest sprint to catch me after a sniff of some interesting plant…. she did 2minute 10 second km…. WOW!

Marathon no 32 completed in 5.33 but last 2 Laps were awful 😫😫😫 but done and dusted and in the bag but thanks to fellow nutter who pushed me to the end to get a sub 6 hours run

Run the dogs out on the hill separately. Quite cool, cracking run anyway.
