Afternoon Goddesses (and Chaps)

Managed to stay the same this week so chuffed to bits (though it might come and bite me on the bum at next weigh in LOL!). Am firmly strapped back onto the wagon and ready for the ride :-)

The only prob I can forsee is the weekend as the boys are staying with my parents til Sunday, and Mr HG and me are going to Rutland for the day to see where we'll be moving to. Off for a fab pub lunch and, if the weathers good, a walk at the lake (hopefully cancelling out some of the calories :-) ). Have already been looking at the OS map planning cycling and running routes (well, when I'm able) - and can't bloomin' wait :-)

Hope you all have a good week - and no falling off the wagon, it isn't allowed ;-)

Well done Slow Newbie :-)

Getting frustrated with "staying the same" when I know I have especially good with my eating and I am fitting into my size 14 clothes again. :-(

Hi all, as I'm back at work I didnt have time to log my weight before I went, I'm pleased to say I am 2lb down *does a huge jig around the room* I didnt really follow the core plan to the letter but it did make me think I could eat fruit or a yoghurt if I needed a little something. Mind you 2 days back at work and I havent had time to eat (too busy telling everyone not to talk to me - lol) I will go and update my weight now.

EB glad you decided to come back if you need it, just be careful and make sure you eat nice healthy foods

Well done SN a fantastic result. Well done everyone else who lost and ((((())))) for those who need them
