Lycra Hurricane This was a pb (by over 3 mins), but it was difficult. I never felt comfortable, but I suppose the weather, the hills and the fact that I was pushing myself all the time contributed to this. For how long can the pbs continue? Nightjar Wahay - PB! Hot race and I started of too fast as usual - trying to keep up with one of the clubs top group coaches was not a good idea. Passed a guy walking at 9k and gave him a get going speech only to find him trying to pass me. Beat him across the line and boy was I gasping, but thanks for spuring me on mate!
