Applecross Estimate time. Very disappointed with myself for this run, it just didn't click into place for me at any point. Maybe poor show is a consequence of focussing on getting 1/2 mara times down this year, but only time I felt comfortable was on the ramps up to the bridges - maybe I'm just not cut out for flat, fast ( and cold, wet & windy) courses. * UPDATE** official time, so scraped a pb in godawful conditions.
