WillBill Bit of a shock to the system: not used to this continuous, hard running business. Picked up a bit on the last lap despite extra weight of the accumulated mud. Had to dash off to the Lakes afterwards, hence delay on time. Excuse for falling below predicted time.... the extra twisty, muddy bits through the trees that, since last time i ran this course, have replaced a straight blast down alongside the road through the park.
