Krukers Nice race, suprised myself with a sub-20 at 5k, but faded a bit in second lap. 2nd time up 'that hill' was a killer. Winner was wearing a santa claus fancy dress! Awesome! Glad the weather held off, (pissed down later today). Swansea Harriers AC 38:14 39:21 42:00 40:21 72.41

smash After procrastinating all wekk about this, finally turned up to do it. Challenging course, muddy and rocky and windy and undulating, plus that hill! Took it easy for the first lap, passed 5k in 30:10, so felt good by the halfway mark. Second lap I turned up the effort, and got round in 26:47, which isn't that slow for me. Pleased with my performance overall, time-wise not too great, but felt strong and it was nice to have legs that still work at the end. Mulled wine and a nice bath.
