Siggers Aiming to beat 2hrs + personal best by 4.5mins, what really interests me is that between miles 2 and 9 there is an overall desecent of between 175 and 200 feet!! Definite pb potential, I only have to put the work in in between times!!!!!! Well looks like I did, this was a great race, lots of runners, well supported at the start and finish, and good marshalling, the course lived up to my expectations and I achieved more than I thought possible. Even my 10 mile split was 7 minutes faster than my 10m pb, no more races scheduled until next year, lets hope the winter training goes well and more pb's to follow.
