Silver Strider Possible pb course. Beutiful course. Excellent white beer. Great atmosphere for front half of course. Wheels nearly came off on 16-18m. River track needs a stiff race shoe not a soft flat (15-20). 6 gels used and only course liquid. Very pleased with finish time - although set off too quick ( only 3rd 13+ mile run of the year) look at splits data. Bexhill Runners and Triathletes 3:35:52 3:35:52 3:45:00 3:35:52 60.37
