Cats Whiskers Legs still not working properly after the walk. I think this was fairly evenly paced - tried to pick it up in the last 100m and made up a little ground. Hugely disappointing time but shouldn't be surprised given my lack of running over the past 3 months and in particular the complete absence of any speedwork! Didn't feel too spent at the end, so perhaps I could have gone a little faster but after 3 months of injuries I didn't want to push my luck! Cambridge & Coleridge AC 1:03 1:16 1:24 63.16
