Cavey Decided to do this last minute and was glad I did it. It was a really well organised run, with around 600 runners with a course that was flat as you could want. I was hoping to get somewhere around 50 mins but was slower than I hoped. I think this was mainly down to the heat as the run started at midday, by which time the temperature was up in the mid 20's.
