MartyK Good race, helped as the weather kept ok. Really hilly though. The ascent out of Prestbury lasted about 2 miles and took most of my energy. Was on about 8 min miles until half way, then slowed. The hills after that were really tough and I struggled until the final water station at 11.5 miles, then got a second wind and flew the remainder of the course.
