Flat Out Fi 5k race at Kedington - v hot evening! It always seems to be hot for this race! They have moved the start line and its much better now as you get a good 1k warm up before the killer hill! Felt relaxed and strong and was v pleased to get 18 secs faster than last year!! And thats the fastest time since my calf injury! Onwards and upwards, hopefully! We had a good turnout - 31 Striders in total - not sure where I came in the Ladies yet, hopefully between 5th and 8th - thats a guess though! Rebecca W came in soon after me.
