City of Stirling 10K Road Race and Fun Run

-caz- Didn't expect much from this race since my training's been hit with recent knee injury. However all went well during race except for the feeling of heavy legs around 3m, but that soon passed and I managed a reasonable time. Unaffiliated 47:21 47:21 50:00 50:23 52.48
Baza 1st time at this race which seemed well organised and marshalled. Annoyed at my run though - still need to find about 90 seconds from someplace. 20:23 for 1st 5K and 19:57 for 2nd 5. Will still be back next year though Carnegie Harriers 36:28 38:52 39:00 40:20 65.45
Dvorak Virus blew a hole in my training but I was determined to do it - surprised to be under an hour. Hard to beat that sewage plant/ army compound/ car park start (and finish). Unaffiliated 48:39 55:38 1:03:00 58:17 47.38
