SteveC Lovely XC course (6.5 miles): hills, streams, fields, stinging nettles, curious cows! Extremely low quality marshalling - a substantial group of us entered a wood with multiple paths and ended up on the wrong one. After some frustrating back tracking we got back on course (no marshalls in site). Realising I had lost several minutes I cursed the organisers and mentally left their 'race'. A potentially fun day out marred by amateur organisation. Unaffiliated 39:06 40:48 54:00 48.03
