DaveG Ashtma was absolutely awful and was unable to breathe all the way up. Had a cough for a couple of days beforehand (and on the day) so that is hopefully why. Going up was tough due to lack of hill work and also back sore due to leaning forward. Coming down equally as hard as yet to gain too much confidence running downhill. Overall, a pretty useless race and an experience I could have done without. Could have walked up at the same pace really. This race was possibly my first run in about 7 weeks due to illnesses, hayfever, travelling and other ways to ruin my routine.
