Sunbed Athlete Lead the race from start to 9 mile mark then got overtaken but kept plugging away & managed to cover up some of the lost ground & when i caught up with the guy he just stopped in his tracks & waved me through. wil e coyote reasonably happy with the time as miles 2 through 4 and 11 to the end were into a strong head wind through 5 in 33 dead and comfortable, 10 in 66.22 should have taken me to 1:25+ however felt as if I hit a brick wall as soon as we turned this race is without doubt the most scenic, best organised and all-round feel good 1/2 on the planet, tough test especially when the wind blows but boy is it worth it you always get alot of north of england runners up to this one s it's only 40mins from the border...recommended 5 star race Ayrodynamic Runners, Loudoun Runners AC 1:16:18 1:27:49 1:28:00 1:27:49 67.63
