Caterpillar Well, after falling off the mountain bike, not running for a month, and trotting round with a broken rib, I have to say that 4:53:35 is scarily close to what I predicted. Jenson Watch time. Considering I had hardly run all of September, didn't think I'd make it a mile before knee crumbled, gotta be happy. 18 mins quicker than last yr. 1hr 53/4 at half, felt great apart from knee pain. Went pretty well to 21 miles, then legs went. 30 mins or so for last 2 & a bit miles. Waddling/limping badly today.
