milemonster 5th Senior Male. North Wales XC Champs. Rhug Estate. The Cross Country went well today. We all started off quite quick. I was slow up the first hill but once I started to go down hill I did better. I came 5th overall after, James Mills, Vaughan Roberts, Llys Jones and Matt Rose. Wrexham AAC 38:29 74.28
russc found this race really hard and was alot slower,my club colleagues said I should have wore spikes instead of off roads trainers,I actually weighed my trainers upon returning home 1.5 pounds each !, I don't know had done 10 races in 11 weeks,prehaps should have rested Prestatyn RC 50:16 61.80
