ascoey Lost 5lbs in 24 hours due to food poisoning Thursday night/Friday morning. For most of Friday, resting pulse was 95-100. Between that and the snow, I'm really pleased by the time even though it's my slowest parkrun of 2012. Dorchester RIOT 22:42 24:20 28:04 47.86
BrianJ Didn't try too hard with all the ice, but the mudclaws were needed North Herts Road Runners 27:06 27:06 29:00 30:09 50.88

Jonny First event I've entered for nearly 2 years. Hadn't run in over a month. Took it very easy for the first half, I'd started marathons quicker than this. Picked up the pace on the second half. Just under 4 mins slower than my last a parkrun 2 years ago. Unaffiliated 19:36 20:27 23:18 56.82

Watford Wobble Having a proper crack at a PB at this distance. Not wearing a Santa suit should help!

Decided to pace Fizz to a PB due to icy conditions. Whilst not slippy under foot being a trail race caution took precedence. Unaffiliated 20:26 20:26 21:30 24:58 56.27
