May What a fab race...great atmosphere lots of support from local people which really helped knew this was going to be tough due to the course profile kind of held pace up to 20 miles then the hills still kept coming got to the stage it wiznae funny any more and got fed up and tired with the hills glad to get sub 3.50 to qualify for london thank gawd it shall be on a flat course!!!!: )nice to meet plodding hippo: ) Scottish Prison Service AAC 3:40:45 3:48:00 3:35:00 3:48:00 59.87

RBanksy (174/803) Pos 21.67%. Beast of a course with lots of hills and a couple of killers. 14% gradient in mile 4 to get onto the Ridgeway and another long climb out of Manobier then back down the ridgeway to get to Tenby.
