Agent Orange Not sure about the time. This is the website result though it was a few seconds slower on my watch. But the important thing was breaking 22.00 after a 22.01 a couple of weeks ago. Conditions were sunny and still, though there was heavy dew underfoot. Started easy as I was worried I had cycled a bit too hard to get there. But that enabled me to run a good negative split. A minute's improvement in a month. If I keep up that rate of improvement, Mo Farah had better watch out! Unaffiliated 19:40 21:44 21:44 65.15
