bigfatjoe So... I am aiming for sub 2:30.  This would be a massive PB, but I will try!
Swim - 30 mins would be good.  Should be a wetsuit, but also drafting on feet should help.
T1 - 3:30 - time to get out the wetsuit and onto the bike.
Bike - 1:06:30 - just about 36kph.  I would like to be faster, but it is four laps so lots of turns to contend with.  Let's see how I go!
T2 - 1:30 - very generous.  Should be quicker.
Run - 48:29 - needs to be a decent run here after a hard swim and bike.  

Is it possible?  I don't know, but I like to set difficult goals:-) Northside Running Group, Balmoral Triathlon Club 30:00 1:10:00 49:59
