hannkies Finished 6th so happy with that. Just inside pb so a positive, and do think I can go faster. Started ok 5k-17.22, lost a few seconds next 2 K's, got caught by GoKeith at 7, and picked it up again, so have Keithy boy to thank for my pb ! Last 5K 17.28, so pretty even paced race. The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Good turn out, fast course but not easy, that hill seems to get longer each race.
Three races in a week took their toll. Glad hamstring held out.
Best time for two years at his distance.
Ease down for Glasgow.

wil e coyote great wee race this one, have done it most year's since I started running. Big contigent of Harriers and fellow fetchites. First 'fetch t-shirt' spotted, assume it was Alan F; looked as if he'd ran well. Found my performance pretty weird, started steadily enough and worked into racing from the 3k mark. By 4k I'd caught up and passed some Club mates that had started fast. At the turn-back noticed a line up of blue 'n white killie 10k specialists vests waiting to pounce so pushed the last half and came back ahead in sub 6/mile form. Apart from feeling lousy 5-6k ran OK considering my legs are full of Marathon training. Definitely need to race more though. Ayrodynamic Runners, Loudoun Runners AC 34:30 38:15 37:30 38:15 71.12
