About this parkrun

My first parkrun, still one of my favourites. One loop, but remember to save yourself for the infamous Heartbreak Hill. Great sprint finish.
Deinonychus 28th May 2019

Nice course with a long climb not long after the start and a steep one at around 2 miles. Good bit of downhill in the last mile though and a nice fast flat finish.
ElDuderino 29th Jul 2019

Great route & park. Decent field 200 odd? Plenty space at start before narrows into trails, gentle climb for first mile then down turn round back into park centre - sharp uphill, but short - downhill mile flat to finish. Parking, toilets, cafe, play.

In Callender Park Falkirk. The first 400m is tarmac, then a trail path which climbs moderately for just less than the first mile. Then you descend steadily before the Killer hill is just after 2 miles, then a steady descent to the finish.
Son of a Pronator Man 31st Dec 2022

Hilly course, one long at the start, steeper one about two miles, downhill finish from there. Really enjoyable one lap loop.
