FRU (KeepTheFaith) Last year 2hrs 23mins.. improvement? Result: GET IN!!! Could not believe the time.. bloody hardest one ever - grass and weeds very long so the middle drag on the sea wall was a total killer.. heat unbearable till the sea mist arrived PHEW! robrea Great race, so well organised and marshalled, if you havent done this race put it in your races to do list. Managed to get through the first 5 miles in 30 minutes dead before battling out the last few miles to claim the win. Harwich Runners 1:15:15 1:15:15 1:15:15 76.45
