KatieB Very happy with this time and my pace over a challenging course. Undulations and hills all the way through til the last 400m which was downhill. (thank goodness). Had some great company from the Harriers, David got me into a great starting rhythm and Nora was the person I just managed to stay with towards the end. RunningRev REALLY GOOD TIME! My new Personal Best! Really hilly track. Felt amazing! Would do it again in a heart beat. Wife and In-laws were there so was a great inspiration.
