JonCPRC I ran a 'negative split' over the two 5K loops around the lake just missed out on a new 10K PB by 5 secs! I cannot get upset as the support from my wife and 6-year old daughter cheering me on as I passed them twice made it the most personally memorable and enjoyable running event for years.
