_andy Third race as a Vet - and the first one below 50 miles. All went well, with a well-paced race, pushing hard on every uphill, trying to relax and let it flow on the (few) flat sections, and going for it on the downhills. As 10k races go, this is one of the least flat that aren't in the hill racing calender. 40 seconds quicker than last year, so no complaints there, especially with 18 miles over the last couple of days and the longer stuff just before that.
