Flat Out Fi Last xc race for the Walden Tri club and first real test for my new Inov-8 shoes! It was hilly as I knew and was glad I had been round the course the other week to know what I was in for! Set off steadily and think I paced it well. Was 6th lady home and 1st for Walden Tri (but only because poor Debs got injured). Won the FV35 trophy for the series and the ladies were 2nd overall, so were the men too! Unaffiliated 31:45 33:04 40:16 60.35
