Baza Brilliant run on a tricky 3 lap course. Was expecting closer to 24 minutes going on previous form, so very pleased with my time. Was 3rd counter for my club who finished as 3rd men's team. Carnegie Harriers 21:26 23:10 23:30 23:10 70.31
cake muncher Placed 12th / 5th vet. Just didn't have it in me tonight. Struggled all the way round. Almost a minute slower than last year. First run since the Ceres 8 due to a bad back. Falkland Trail Runners 21:05 22:03 22:03 78.02
Dave_K An odd experience running on the Race circuit. Felt more like a Toyota than a Ferrari ! Unaffiliated 28:07 32:01 32:01 53.33
Enigma A very different venue making for a memorable race. No way you could get lost on this course. The undulating course was challenging with seemingly more uphill than down. Pretty pleased with my time and position of 70th overall. Unaffiliated 23:58 27:54 27:54 58.67
Fat Boy Good strong run around three testing laps of Knockhill Racing Circuit placing 8th overall from 142 finishers. Winning time was 20.06 by club mate Tommy Lawrence. Carnegie Harriers 21:09 21:09 21:09 79.53
Plussing As Which Preparation for the race was far from ideal (got far too carried away drinking champagne the night before!) and I was unsure if I was up to this challenging 3 lap race round the Knockhill race track. Struggled a bit but training paid off and I managed to drag myself to the 3rd lady spot (41st overall, I think). Carnegie also got the ladies team prize. Unaffiliated 23:12 25:14 25:14 73.86
