amys dad wasnt looking forward to this, tough course, and felt niggly and achy all week. decided to take it as i went along, and felt better as it went. passed stream of runners throughout for 29th place. pleased, but prob should have gone harder earlier. Haverhill RC 37:00 40:21 40:21 71.23

brotherjohn Pleased with the run today, hilly courses haven't been my strong point in the past, but a pretty good time with the hills and the wind today, plus a very slippery mile 6 through the park. 4th place and 1st M50 and 2 more trophies for the cabinet.
