kudu felt good, slowed a bit towards the end. Didn't follow my pre-race plan which I should have done and think this would have made a difference as I wouldn't have been in no-mans land for most od the race, but overall pretty pleased - club got 2nd team prize which is excellent St Austell Running Club 32:48 34:11 34:11 77.26
