themookid Disapointed. Wanted to get close to pb. Found it very warm coming back. 1st km I actually held back on and felt relaxed going thru at 3.42. 2nd km still good at 3.45. I began to struggle and fell back a bit during 3rd and couldnt do much about it - 3.49 at the split. Very warm once turned around with breeze behind. Realised I wouldnt be able to up it enough to hit my sub 18.40 target so it was damage limitation to the finish. 3.50 and 3.48 last two km. 18.54 finish. Managed a little push at the end. Unaffiliated 18:38 18:50 18:40 18:54 68.42
Tom Tom Crap time-too hot for me again, really :-( Fastest lady on the night though-f**k knows how!! Unaffiliated 19:30 19:40 20:03 74.44
