vava Grr, PB today but I know I can do better! The first 3 miles went lke a dream, then I managed to maintain a certain effort, but after mile 5 I wavered a bit. I know I didn't taper properly and instead pushed myself these last 2 weeks to keep up my mileage and enjoy my new gym in Rayleigh... Still, a PB is good, and in 2 weeks I can aim for 56 min for the Leigh on Sea 10k - looking forward to the hilly first half! Running 4 Women Club 54:22 56:34 56:00 58:11 52.49
