Ally2 going to be a hot race. Good SP for summer after holiday. Was with hallam,miles and powell til 4k, then danny (winner) and mark went. Paul and Phil makepeace left me at 6k but got Phil with 200m to go. shocking k markers so when it looked like a low 32 was on I came in in 33:25. 4th in 26degree heat.
