PJL Suffering with a head-cold that came on from Thursday night. Decided to use it as a training run concentrating on form. Hard work for the first few miles but from mile 7 started overtaking people, and was pleased to finish strongly despite it being my longest road run since May. 5k splits: 22:45, 23:02, 22:46, 22:50 (4:15 last km). Negative split despite the Unaffiliated 1:29:04 1:35:49 1:26:00 1:35:49 61.05
