paulcoz Pool start with novices who rally slow so was never going toget up to speed slightly longer than 400m, Bike flat but with a coulpleof hills, run slightly short due to course change and longer swim. Scouse Bird Really looking forward to this last pool swim and my 3rd triathlon so far inmy little life! Here is to a few more and at longer distances next year!
