Alex Patton 156/336 Given that I was hungover and wasn't particularly feeling up for this, I was fairly pleased. The course was actually much better than I expected but it is very flat and as a result the pace was high. ancient Pleased with position of 169th, even if time was slower than Claybury. Felt a good effort. Bit slippy in muddy section but generally very flat and good going Trent Park Running Club, Watford Joggers 32:27 32:27 33:32 72.36

tom_craggs This course measured long last year...closer to 9km than 8km.**Felt strong throughout and controlled. Nearly 3 minutes fast than last year. Course 8.80km again...standard high again, 119th for me but averaged 5.52/mile so pleased** Mornington Chasers, Winchester & District AC 29:53 30:04 32:45 31:36 66.30
