Pembrokeshire Half Marathon

Listed by Hanneke
Entrants (2) Club PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Hanneke A very tough race, probably not the best one for a first and as part of training for NY... as I am now disappointed with the time, having hoped to run it in under 1.50... which I still think is possible on a flat course.

It was very very hilly and the wind was almost gale force howling over the cliffs, which made it hard to breathe about half the time. Extremely beautiful and scenic though and very well organised. Happy though to have been able to run negative splits. Started picking up a better rhythm after mile 7 and started overtaking people regularly right up to the finish line.
