Dvorak Really enjoyed that. Ran well, paced well, storming finish (last km in 4:26). Massive neg split (although given the profile, everyone should neg split). Must be Central Scotland's most scenic 10K, lush rolling countryside, views out to woods, Ochils and Stirling. And both start and finish downhill :-). Numbers a bit down (just under 500) as a lot of competition this week: also being the second year, not a unique event this time. Goodie bag not much, nice medal but t-shirts cost extra. Weather not warm; and breezy, though dry. Not last year's blazing 27C. Helped by that, nearly everyone I know there took a chunk off their course time. I took 3:41 off :-).
