C-Cat lovely rolling hills and a trot around the lakes too :) bit on warm side for me so really appreciated locals with hose pipes ;) ...8 mile marker would have been useful too! :p Northbrook AC, Warwick Uni Triathlon & Road Cycling Club 1:08:31 1:10:14 1:10:14 64.11

Running Caz God damn it .... SHOULD have been a p.b but was too hot and Stourbridge Stumble from last night was in my legs. Was on for p.b til mile 7 when it all got too much and I had lots of walking breaks then on in, DOH!! Cobra RC 1:11:20 1:12:53 1:12:53 60.82

Tarmac Runner Had a good run at this one last year will be hard pushed to get a pb.Did the Stourbridge Stumble the night before and raced it so legs were felt crap but only 59 sec's slower than last year. Great flat course but was a bit warm. Cobra RC 1:03:58 1:04:57 1:04:57 62.33
taulpaul Out from last years time by only a matter of seconds so slightly disappointed but at least i hit my target of coming in in under 1.10. I blame the heat - a hot day today and that last mile just took it all out of me - i had nothing left to give. Good race though through the country lanes and around Barston lake. Must try harder again next year i guess. Came in position 101 out of 287 finishrs Birmingham Swifts 1:04:56 1:09:06 1:09:06 57.82
The Husky Cracking race today came 8th overall and a new PB so i'm delighted. Struggled a bit after 7 miles ran a much slower 8th mile but finished fairly strong the last half mile. I tried to sprint in under 54 but just missed out. Very challenging course but a really well organised race. Centurion RC 53:16 54:02 54:30 54:02 74.40
