JulesR Very pleased with this one as over two minutes faster than last year on the bike and a tad faster on the runs despite low run mileage and total lack of speedwork. 1.24.07 Overall 13th, 2nd MV but prize-hungry supervets stopped the brown envelope getting into my paws. Felt a bit guilty about sprinting past 1st lady coming up to finish line, then I realised it was bedlam's wee sister so GLENDINNING FAMILY, THIS MEANS YOU GREIG AND DEEDEE, BLACK AND WHITE DOGS, PET CATS, GOTH DISCO, YOU TOOK A HELLUVA BEATING TODAY - 3 SECONDS WINSTON CHURCHILL ETC, ETC ;) Stirling Triathlon Club 45:00 41:00 43:10 40:56 1:24:06
