Mr G - #thatrunguy 24th out of 204. Great race overall and the first time for on this one. Everything well marked and marshaled until a slight mistake around 7k. I was with the top 40ish runners and had managed to pass a good 20/30 of the field up to this point. Then I saw about 20 runners heading back towards me, apparently we had run some meters past the turning, so all the runners I had overtaken were now turned around heading back, but they were in front again. Needless to say the old chicken legs went double time the last 3k. No idea yet on placing and the time has got to be a minute or two longer than it would have been. However an embroidered hand towel as a gift for finishers made up for the slight errors. Team Green, Tividale Trotters 32:57 40:03 48:00 46:15 63.17
