phal corking race - well organised and nicely challenging with plenty of hills and an uphill finish! VERY glad I opted for the trail shoes! Running Caz Official time about 2:15 but I ran with me mate and enjoyed a comfortable run. Broke away a few times and stopped and waited hence the time discrepancy.
