Em Dont know why I have chosen that time, hated this run this year, worse race I have done apart from Bramley. Hope to do better next year but then I cant do any worse!! Ran better than expected, took it really slowly to start so didnt feel sick, managed to get round without to much pain, had a massage before and after and sure this helped a bit as didnt tire until 7 1/2 k. Windsurfin' Susie Yet again I got stitch at half way. I paced well, got a big PB by 3minutes, but felt, with the stitch, that maybe I can still go faster. Is it the cold weather that causes me problems, or am I not doing enough core strength work? Victory AC 41:29 42:08 45:44 69.45
