garfieldhouse Estimate that I will be doing 8 minute miles for this race, so my prediction includes this, plus a little bit extra in case I'm slow. I haven't done any ten mile events before, so this should be a PB whatever. UPDATE 29/03/09 3PM: I had a great race, conditions were excellent and I managed to finish in a good position. Very happy with the course, well organised and a great support from the spectators. Would easily do this again. Weather was a bit warm for some but OK for me.
