Team Win My worst race of the season although not my worst finishing position. Came 40th after falling over a style, landing on my chest and completely winding myself. For some reason this unlike the 2 previous years Ive struggled on the tough, hilly courses but done better on the flatter courses. Finishing positions overall definitely down on the 2 previous seasons. Consolation was that for the 2nd year running we won the league and the team score on the day was very solid with our scoring 6 inside the top 35. Shrewsbury AC 40:00 40:00 40:00 60.91
wathan Race went ok, not the best but not my worst of the season. It was final race of the league, so it was presentation time after the run. I finished off with bronze in the under 20s overall over the season and also out mens senior team came away with silver! one better than last years bronze Eryri Harriers 38:22 38:22 39:00 38:22 63.50
