Team Win 34th and 7th clubman home so just outside the scoring for the team. Had a bad run really I was expecting the race to last 35-36 minutes so paced myself for that, pushing past club captain Graham Jones about 32 minutes in and setting my sight on a group of closely bunched runners ahead. However when it got to 38 mins and I realised we had one big lap left I knew I was struggling and was overtaken by Graham and just had to dig in and hold 34th as the 6-7 runners ahead pulled away. Conditions were terrible uderfoot and couldnt grip in 9mm spikes in a couple of places. Shrewsbury AC 50:45 61.30
